of purchasing a house in Abruzzo is a good idea,
we offer 2/3 days visit to the chosen properties
and to the surrounding areas.
Convenient flights are available from London, Frankfurt,
Brussels and Paris (see our About

Once you book your flights and communicate your
itinerary, we’ll pick you up at the airport,
bring you to the hotel, to the property, to the
surrounding areas, have you taste wonderful meals
and after a couple of days of enjoyment bring you
back to airport for your flight home.

WE’LL TAKE CARE OF ALL THE BUREAUCRACY! All you have to do is sit back, enjoy the scenes, the food, the wine…and if you’re looking for something else, let us know.
If you are not in Italy and are worried about your general bills not being paid, don’t
worry we can help you.
BASIC PACKAGE
We offer a basic package that includes receiving all your utility bills, water, gas,
electricity, telephone, also your ICI (yearly property tax) and TARSU (yearly refuse
tax) at our administration office in Pescara. We ensure payment of these bills when
they are due, providing there are sufficient funds in your petty cash account, in
accordance with the basic package contract.
* If you pay 12 months in advance we will give you one month free.
OTHER SERVICES
We also offer other services that you can add to the basic package which include
Central heating boiler maintenance.(to comply with Italian law)
Insurance renewal for buildings and contents
Key Custody
Monthly property inspection
Servicing and property maintenance.
Turning on utilities, central heating etc.
